The annual festival started in 1989 and continues today with the establishment of the Festival of Color Committee. Since the establishment of the committee there has been many firsts, this website is one of the most important. This site enables the committee to share with the community of Sierra Vista news and information about the upcoming festival. It also allows us to display the photography from previous years. The committee would like to thank the attendees from previous festivals for allowing us to display their photography on this site.
