The Festival of Color Committee is an energetic group of Sierra Vista, Arizona residents who enjoy the beauty of the bright hot air balloons in the autumn sky. Our purpose is to bring something positive and uplifting to our community.   It is because of our hard work and determination that we will find sponsors and pilots to support the annual Festival of Color.
