As part of the Festival of Color, the balloons will be on display Friday November 13, 2009 at the various local Schools. The map below displays the location and the balloon. Balloons should arrive at the school around 7:15am with full inflation by 7:30am allowing you and your child a chance to see a colorful balloon up close.
